Salvation Army Community Housing

Marlec Electrical delivered the electrical package for a four-unit youth housing development for the Salvation Army, providing safe and functional accommodation within a well-coordinated construction environment.

The project involved significant underground works, including installation of consumer mains, sub-mains, and associated infrastructure to service each unit. Careful planning and sequencing were required to coordinate with other trades and ensure all underground services were installed efficiently and without delays to the overall program. Works progressed into the construction phase with full electrical fitout to each unit, delivered in line with project timelines and quality expectations.
