Marlec Electrical delivered a fast-paced electrical package for a two-level office fitout at Acciona’s Melbourne head office. The project required strong coordination across multiple trades and strict adherence to program to meet the client’s delivery timeframe.

The scope included extensive lighting throughout both levels, integrated with a KNX lighting control system, along with general power, distribution, data and communications infrastructure, and full workstation fit-off. A key feature of the project was a large architectural skylight, which required careful planning and integration of lighting to complement natural light and enhance the overall design intent.

Works were completed within a high-end commercial environment, with a strong focus on quality, coordination, and finish across all areas. This project highlights Marlec’s ability to deliver complex, high-spec office fitouts with advanced control systems in fast-paced environments.
